What video card would be best for me?

There must have been something wrong for a $70 vid card to play videos better than one at that price..Drive issue perhaps...however, if you're looking for a gaming card that can do it all you can get a Nvidia GTX 560ti for around $230..It supports CUDA which allows you to use your gpu in encoding which makes things like converting videos and transcoding videos much faster, and it's a very strong gaming card and it also supports multiple monitors. I have it myself.
