I am about to sign a contract on a home and..?

our realtor added $1000 in repairs. There is a door we want to replace. Do we get to choose the door we want or does the seller picks and replaces the door with that they want? The carpet also needs cleaning, can we use that money to remove all the carpet and replace just the livingroom with wood floors. In other words do we get to choose and pick specifically what to do with that $1,000?
