Should I take my 7 month old to the doctor?

Hello, last night I was on my bed with my baby and I looked away and BANG!!!! My daughter fell off my bed. Beside me feeling like **** and her crying last night she seems fine. I have carpet in my room. After she stopped crying she was smiling and she was kicking and playing as normal. She seemed fine before we went to bed and she is still sleeping. Should I take her to the doctors today??
