Go into command prompt and type ipconfig /release then ipconfig /flushdns, then ipconfig /renew. Also check the power properties of your wireless interface and make sure that the pc is not set to turn off the wireless to save power. Another thing you can do is check with the manufacturer of your wireless NIC to see if there is an updated driver. Do not go to windows update for drivers, you will end up with more problems than what you started with. If all else fails do a system restore.
