Will evike refund my money or send me a airsoft gun?

So here's the story my friend gets a new airsoft gun I go to his house and shoot it. I thouguht it was really cool and it worked flawlessly. So I asked him to send me the link to it. He emailed me the link to the same exact gun on the same exact website (evike). I ordered the gun it was a pretty pricy gun too. I get it and I got it Wednesday and just today I got a chance to open it up and shoot it. So as I was unboxing it I notice one big flaw the battery was not included. I was like ok ill call complain later but first I went to my friend who refferred me to this guns house to use the battery from his. The battery was charged and working in his gun I saw him shoot the gun and then remove the battery and hand it to me. I plugged in the battery and the gun didn't shoot. I don't know why then my friend plugged the battery back in his gun and it worked. So if I call evike tomorrow will they refund me or atleast send me a new gun (id send them the broken one without the battery of couse). I'm really mad about this because of how much it cost. So does any one know about evikes customer service? And if they will either refund me or send me a new gun?
