There's this girl i like...?

so, theres this girl i like we are both in the 7th grade. im planing to know her and to ask her out before school ends (about 3-4 weeks). though i kinda know her and i was talking to a friend the other day and he said she has a boy friend. im not sure if i should belive but i should ask him. she's about my height (im one of the tallest in the 7th and 8th) she has black hair. the most beutiful eyes and is very very kind. i useally dont have a problem talking to girls but when im near her, i always choke on words ALWAYS!!!! i try to approch and talk but i get really really nervous! shes always near friends and its rare to see her alone. in class, we have to write something to a song. (writeing prompt) and i sometimes find my self writeing about her. and i guess i write good when i write about things that never happen to me, but when i write about things that happen to me i write flawlessly especially about about the girl i like. should i write then show her or should i take time to talk to her then show her? or should i just talk to her and ask her out and not show my writeing? thanks!
