How to keep skin flawlessly clear?

I already have relatively clear skin, but I always seem to have one or two small blemishes, and my pores look kind of big. I was just wondering if anyone had any good tips for keeping your face looking flawless and clear and to help minimize pore? Any tips or ideas would be great!
