How do I report somebody for sharing my addresses?

When you give out your address your at any shop or website or charity, etc., you open yourself up for this sort of thing. It is not illegal for shops, charities, websites or anyone else to sell your address to companies who use the information for marketing. They cannot sell or give out financial information, credit card info, social security numbers, etc. But addresses and phone numbers are fair game.
