In order for the downloads to work in this case, you would have to keep the profile that the downloads belong to online at all times on your system, whenever you wanted to play his/her downloads. If you want to use the downloads without having to keep that other person's profile, you can buy the download yourself, or get the PS3 where gamesharing is allowed in set amounts.
